Who We Are

Volunteers building evidence-based politics for Australia's future.

What We're Building

A free, fair, innovative society where evidence drives policy and communities shape decisions.

We collaborate across communities, explore underlying issues, and build consensus for long-term solutions. Climate action, civil liberties, and future-focused policies that empower citizens and prepare Australia for the challenges ahead.

Transparent, accountable democracy isn't just something we want—it's how we operate.

Why Fusion?

What makes us different from other parties.

🔬

Evidence First

We don't start with ideology. We look at what works, what the data shows, and what experts recommend. Then we build policy around that.

🔍

Actually Transparent

Our policies, our finances, our decision-making process—it's all public. No backroom deals, no hidden donors, no political games.

🚀

Future-Focused

We're not fighting yesterday's battles. Climate tech, longevity research, digital rights—we tackle the challenges that will define the next 50 years.

🙌

Built by Volunteers

No career politicians. No corporate backing. Just everyday Australians who believe politics should serve people, not power.

How Fusion Started

Fusion formed in 2021 through the merger of five like-minded parties: Science Party, Pirate Party, Secular Party, Vote Planet, and Climate Change Justice Party.

We contested our first election in May 2022 with Senate candidates in all five mainland states and nine House of Representatives candidates. Since then, we've grown our volunteer base and campaign capacity across the country.

Our history goes back decades through our founding movements. Read the full story →
