Hello there Miles, I'm contacting you because I need your help. In 2022, we were running high from our national founding, and ran a desperate gamble for Victorian state party registration. We fell short at the time, but thanks to hard working Victorian organisers like Simon Gnieslaw, Owen Miller and Kammy Cordner-Hunt we built a Victorian movement which has now doubled in size over the past three years. This is a movement which campaigned for whistleblowers like Julian Assange, for climate action, for a science and technology led future. |
With excitement, we can also announce that the Victorian branch of the Australian Progressives has joined us, contributing significantly to our total Victorian member count of over 900. This is almost double the 500 required.
Getting state party registered in Victoria will be the most significant milestone for our young movement. Not only will it symbolise our growing movement for a brighter Australia, but it will also unlock $30,290 in state funding to go towards our policy development, office space, paid staff, advertising and more.
But it isn't a done deal yet. We need leaders of the party to step up and join the state organising committee - we need you!
I'm excited for what we can achieve together in this campaign Miles. Let's change Victorian politics together.
