FUSION PARTY Beach House Prize
Terms and Conditions

1. The winner of this prize will be drawn randomly from the list of monthly supporters of FUSION PARTY Inc as at the date of 31 January 2026.
2. Executive, Committee and other officials of FUSION PARTY Inc are not eligible to be in the draw.
3. All eligible recurring donors will go into the prize draw. Eligible recurring donors are:
   1. All new supporters responding to the “26 for ‘26” supporter promotion with at least $2.20/month.
   2. Any existing supporters giving at least $2.20/month who maintain their existing level of support.
4. The winner will be notified immediately after the drawer and will be given the contact details of the owner of the property (FUSION PARTY Inc supporter) to arrange the dates for their prize stay.
5. All communications thereafter re the terms of the stay will be between the prize winner and the host.
6. The prize is two nights’ stay in a private family beach house at a beach resort at the Port Phillip Heads (Victoria) on the Bellarine Peninsula.
7. Dates booked by the winner may be weekend or midweek, subject to availability. Reasonable notice is expected.
8. Extension of the booking to additional nights (at the winner’s expense) may be arranged with the host subject to availability.
9. Theproperty is 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne, mostly on a major highway, or can be reached via various means of public transport (train and bus, ferries).
10. The prize will remain available to the winner for 1 year for Victoria-based Fusion members, or for up to 2 years for interstate Fusion Members, from the date of the draw.
11. Winners must bear in mind this is not a rental or commercial property but a private family home offered to the FUSION PARTY community by a FUSION PARTY supporter as a gesture of friendship with those who share the same values that FUSION PARTY espouses.
